What to expect
Please send a change of clothing in order to keep the uniform from being excessively dirtied or damaged. Please remember to mark all items. (this section is specifically for little ones )
Aftercare operates from January to ± 15 December, and includes all school holidays during the year. Aftercare does not open for Public Holidays.
The Aftercare facility operates from 13h00 – 18h00 Monday to Friday during term-time. Aftercare is open from 07h30 – 18h00 during holiday periods / mid-term breaks (unless otherwise specified)
During the term, aftercare is made up of the following:
✓ free time
✓ supervised homework time
Please send an extra snack for your children for the afternoon.
Holidays
During holidays, there are additional activities to keep the children busy, which will be communicated separately.
Please call if you know that you are going to be late, so that we can actually advise the child that the parent will be late.
Please notify the school should someone else be collecting your children.
There is a penalty that will be imposed for late collection after 18h00. This will be included in your monthly account.
All parents / “collectors of children” must sign the Aftercare register on collection of children, irrespective of the time that the children are collected.
